Whitted, and Commissioners <br /> Norman Gustaveson, Shirley E. Marshall, Norman Walker and Don Wil}hoit. <br /> A. BOARD COMMENTS <br /> Commissioner Whitted added an announcement to the agenda and litigation <br /> to the executive session. Commissioner Marshall asked that when Proclamations <br /> are written that the audience composition be considered for better c omphrensfnn- <br /> B. AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> There were no persons in the audience who wished to coment about items <br /> . on the agenda or not on the agenda. <br /> C. MINUTES <br /> ' Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br /> approve the minutes of March 22, 1982,as submitted. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, O. <br /> Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br /> approve the minutes of April 5, 1982, as submitted. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, O. <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall , to <br /> approve the minutes of May 25, 1982, as submitted. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes. O. <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Whitted, to <br /> approve the minutes of May 27, 1982, as submitted. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, 8. <br /> The Minutes of April 20, 1982, were approved after lunch but are included <br /> here for conciseness. <br /> Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall , to <br /> approve the minutes of April 20, 1982, as corrected. Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, U. <br /> D. DECISIONS BY BOARD <br /> 1. Conference for Children and Youth: Ms. Nancy Park asked that the <br /> Board carry over into Fiscal '82-'83 the $100 stipend the County had received <br /> to hold a follow-up conference on children and youth. She outlined some rough <br /> , ) plans for two County conferences for the fall and next spring. The Board <br /> indicated there was no problem with carrying over the funds into FY '82-'83' <br />
