An <br /> overview of the application forms reveals many and varied follow-up clans <br /> for county activities that will hopefully result in innovative resp-nses <br /> to the special needs of children and youth across North Carolina. The <br /> stipend is intended to be the seed money that will help launch these local <br /> Because of the tentative nature of local plans at the time of application <br /> for the stipend, tt,o additirnal forms are enclosed at this time - the first <br /> to be completed prior to the local event and the second, afterwards. Thank you <br /> ahead of time for your cooperation in this Process. <br /> As indicated on the initial memo, the sticend may be used according to state <br /> budget regulations for postage, Printing, supnlies, speaker exPenses, coffee <br /> breaks - just about anything except flowers and alcoholic beverages.
