C. <br /> HILLSBOROUGH. <br /> z7z7u <br /> ".n.^""c.^mR^p.~., <br /> ���GLISTAVmm <br /> SHIRLEY,."^11.5.°u <br /> ��41.4wLKm <br /> "uxW.u"n., <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> WHEREAS, drug and alcohol abuse continue to increase in the teen population <br /> of Orange County; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County 4-H Orange-Person-Chatham Mental Health, <br /> Orange County Schools and Orange County Recreation Department <br /> recognize the threatto the mental and physical well-being of our <br /> young citizens; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these agencies desire itive activities as alternatives <br /> to drugs for our youth in the County, and, to this end, have set <br /> aside Saturday, June 5th as Fun Fair '82 for a day of wholesome <br /> activities for teens and their parents; and, <br /> WHEREAS, we, the Orange County Board of Commissioners, endorse and enthusi- <br /> astically approve of the concept of Fun Fair '82;NON, THEREFORE <br /> BE IT PROCLAIMED that JUNE 5, 1982, is FUN FAIR '82 DAY in Orange <br /> -- County. <br /> AND, BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of Commissioners encourages <br /> all its teens and their parents to participate in Fun Fair '82 <br /> Day activities. <br /> i'Lzz ;V <br /> - RICHARD E.
