The site is located outside of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro rural buffer <br /> areas. <br /> 3. The site is located outside the area desi. ated on the Land Use Plan <br /> Map as Rural Buffer. <br /> 4. All lots shall be a minimum of 10 acres, and all lots shall have <br /> frontage on the interstate or on the collector/arterial street. <br /> 5. No uses shall be located in a designated water supply watershed. <br /> 6. All operations other than loading or unloading, ould be conducted, <br /> entirely within the building or buildings. <br /> 7.
