It will <br /> be applied to all watersheds except the urban portion <br /> of UcGowans Creek as designated by the Land Use Plan. <br /> The proposed change in 6.3.1 would be more specific <br /> than the existing wording about where and how duplex <br /> units would be allowed. Another change in 6.3.1 <br /> would require all new lots, have frontage on state <br /> maintained road or a private road built to Orange County <br /> private road standards. The changes to Article 8.5 <br /> would allow the County Manager to certify that the <br /> conditions of a Planned Development or Special Lot <br /> Permit have been met. <br /> 3ECOMMENDATIONS; <br />
