CiOrit.aCt: Jim Polatty <br /> Rezoning Checklist pg, 2 <br /> Tax Map pg.3 Phone NIM'iner: 732-8181 Ext. 342 <br /> PURPOSE: To receive input and comments concerning the Planning <br /> Staff's recommendation for a rezoning from Agricultural <br /> Residential (AR) <br /> NEED: This existing commercial use is located in Hillsborough <br /> Township and is shown on Tax Map 5 Block 8 P/0 Lot 4. <br /> It is an Highway 57 north and is within the Orange Rural <br /> Fire District. This commercial use was overlooked when <br /> Zoning was originally applied to Hillsborough Township <br /> on September 2, 1981. <br /> IMPACT: All existing commercial uses in unzoned Township were <br /> given the appropiate zoning classification when Zoning <br /> was applied in SeptemLr of 1981. Since all other <br /> commercial uses were designated, the Planning Staff <br /> feels the Existing Commercial-V (EC-5) designation is <br /> appropriate for this use also. <br /> RECOMMENDATION Planning Staff recommends approval of the EC-5 designation <br /> for a zoning lot of500 ' x 300' on Wilkerson's property. <br />
