McKee and Collins are both willing to serve as Chair; <br /> Ms. Walters is willing if someone else cannot serve in that capacity. <br /> I will continue trying to contact Mr. McAllister. <br /> LMPACT: According to General Statutes, the Board of Commissioners must name the <br /> Chair to the Board of Equalization and Review; doing so will assure this <br /> Board's compliance with the General Statutes. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br />
