Wilson, Rehab Specialist, memo dated May 22, 1981) and <br /> a negative reference was received from DurhaMCnunty (dated April 10, <br /> '' 1981) the company was banned from receiving further work. <br /> On January 6, 1982, the company reapplied for participation. The CD <br /> Director's determination was to continue the ban, He had the concurrence <br /> of the HUD Regional Office and CD Task Force and the County Manager on <br /> the decision. <br /> IMPACT: Insure the proper expenditure of public funds through monitoring of work <br /> performance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Continue to ban the Company from participation, <br />
