Concerning dumpsters: <br /> --The applicant has arranged a contract with a trash collection contractor <br /> to provide the dumpsters and collect the trash. The intention is to <br /> collect the trash twice a week, and the frequency can be increased if <br /> the volume of trash begins to exceed the capacity of the dumpsters. <br /> ---A third dumpster is now proposed, and the locations adjusted as shown <br /> on the enclosed plan. All the mobile homes except four are within <br /> 250 feet of dumpsters, and those four are no more than 300 feet from <br /> dumpsters. <br /> 6. Concerning street names: <br /> --The applicant agrees to provide street names subject to the Planning <br /> Department's approval. <br /> 7. General comments: <br /> --The applicant agrees with the staff that there is need for mobile home <br /> spaces in Orange County. <br /> --The applicant urges the Planning Board to approve or to approve con- <br /> ditionally this application at this time, and not deny it for re-design <br /> causing further delays. <br /> --We first submitted this project to the Planning Department on <br /> September 9.
