ATTACHMENT A <br /> ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> • November 16, 1981 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Pat Crawford; chairperson, Art Cleary, Dr. Kizer, <br /> Hazel Lunsford, Claudine Harris, Dr. Irvin, Dr. Gordon, <br /> David Shanklin <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Jim Polatty, Eddie Kirk, Rick Cannity, Susan Smith, Fred <br /> • Luce, Norma Walker <br /> Agenda Item #1: There were no additions to the agenda. <br /> Agenda Item #2: The Board unanimously approved of the September 21., 2.981 <br /> minutes as written. <br /> The minutes of October 19, 1981 meeting were approved <br /> with the following correction:, agenda item 4, third line, <br /> remove the words "by Cheeks Residents". <br /> Agenda Item #3: Final Plat approval of Airel Hill Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> motion for approval made by Cleary, seconded by Shanklin, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #4: Final Plat approval of the Francis T. Hill Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Irvin,. seconded by Lunsford, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #5: Final Plat approval of Riveredge Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation. Re indicated that the developer had combined <br /> lots "C C D" into one and that the Commissioners had approved this compromise. <br /> staff recommended approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Lansford, seconded by Irvin, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #6: Final Plat approval of Ann aoyner et. al, Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Cleary, seconded by Irvin, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #7: Revised Preliminary Plat, for Steep Bottom Run Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation explaining that the Commissioners had referred <br /> 411 the subdivision back to the Planning Board for consideration of shared <br /> driveways to increase traffic safety. The Commissioners felt that by <br /> restricting the number of driveways along a stretch of road, the ability <br /> of that road to carry traffic would not be reduced. Staff recommended approval. <br />
