After successful completion of <br /> these tests the University project manager would sign off and the Readiness Assessment <br /> Phase would begin for rolling out the system to the University. <br /> Readiness Assessment Phase <br /> The Readiness Assessment Phase serves as the final checkpoint for the University and TMA <br /> prior to deployment of WebTMA.The purpose of the process is to help discover areas that <br /> may require additional attention prior to the Go Live Phase.The process requires analysis <br /> of the following areas: data, training/user capability, system performance/connectivity, <br /> integrations, customizations/reporting, and system security. <br /> Go Live Phase <br /> At Go Live,TMA assists University staff with the conversion of data records and the cutover <br /> to WebTMA. It is important that the University establish cutoff dates for transactions and <br /> follow them exactly to ensure a clean and proper cutover to the new solution. <br /> TMA assists in developing a Go Live plan consisting of the choice of the Go Live date, and <br /> the subsequent creation and maintenance of certain master file data through the cutoff <br /> date. <br /> SUBCONTRACTOR AND THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS <br /> Please describe any subcontractor relationships and/or third-party providers that will be used for <br /> this implementation. <br /> Note: If a Vendor chooses to bring in and team with a third-party vendor/partner to address some <br /> requirements, this must be clearly stated in the response. Be specific when describing applications <br /> and the third-party vendor/partner solution provider.Third-party vendor/partners will be required <br /> to demonstrate their portion of the application solution along with all other required information <br /> being provided by the prime Vendor. <br /> TMA Response:All services are to be performed by TMA Systems personnel. <br /> EXAMPLE USER AND TECHNICAL MANUALS <br /> Please provide the following: <br /> • Example Application User Manual <br /> • Example Application User Online Documentation <br /> • Example Technical User Manual <br /> • Example Technical User Online Documentation <br /> • Example Training Syllabus <br /> • Example Section of a Detailed Implementation Project Schedule <br /> TMA Response:All documentation is maintained inside the application.
