Scheduled Maintenance: Interruptions for maintenance of the Software, hardware, <br /> network and other service components,provided that: <br /> A. The Company shall provide the Customer at least twenty-four hours prior notice of <br /> the scheduled maintenance period. <br /> B. The Company shall not schedule maintenance on Monday through Friday from 8:00 <br /> AM through 5:00 PM Central Time. <br /> 2. Force Majeure: Interruptions caused by forces outside the control of the Company, <br /> including interruptions caused by the Customer. <br /> 3.
