Who owns the data created by County personnel using this service? <br /> TMA Response: As it applies to TMA's SaaS model (TMA hosted), upon termination of <br /> the agreement and provided that the County is not in default of any term of the <br /> Agreement, TMA shall provide the county with a copy of their data. If the county <br /> requires the data in a format other than the format provided, additional fees may apply to <br /> convert the data to the different format at the then current rate charged by TMA for <br /> professional services. <br /> 2. Does the Cloud contractually allow the County to access and retrieve its data at the <br /> County's discretion? <br /> TMA Response: Data may be exported to Excel via system reports and queries. Direct <br /> access to the backend database is not provided. If a full backup copy of the data is <br /> required, TMA is open to discussing this option and associated fees. <br /> If No, Explain: Please see above statement. <br /> 3.
