Determine <br /> whether these should be incorporated into existing or future park master <br /> plans. <br /> • Address a need for long-term funding to achieve the adopted goals of the <br /> Orange County Comprehensive Plan and Parks and Recreation Master <br /> Plan 2030. <br />
