If applicable, is <br /> there a fiscal impact (Le., funding, staff time, other resources) associated <br /> with these proposed activities (please list). <br /> 1. Review, comment and make a recommendation on Bicycle Safety Task <br /> Force Report to the BOCC (BOCC Goal 3, Priority 20). <br /> 2. Review and comment on amendment to UDO and revise Efland- <br /> Buckhorn-Mebane and Eno EDD access management plans (BOCC Goal <br /> 3, Priority 2). <br /> 3. Continue to work with staff and the BOCC to recommend and monitor <br /> Orange County Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects, <br /> including recommending new projects in 2017 (BOCC Goal 3, Priority 20). <br /> 4. Continue to coordinate with the Orange County Department of Aging <br /> Mobility Manager on implementation efforts of the Master Aging Plan <br /> Transportation Goals (BOCC Goal 3, Priority 20). <br /> 5. Continue quarterly Transit Advisory Services/OPT meetings to discuss <br /> unmet needs in the service area, service design and scheduling, <br /> marketing, billing rates and fares, resolve complaints; and to monitor <br /> compliance with federal regulations and the status of any deficiencies <br /> noted in any official federal, state or local review or report (BOCC Goal 2, <br /> Priority 8; and BOCC Goal 3, Priority 20). <br /> 6. Review, comment and make a recommendation on the DCHC MPO CTP <br /> and MTP (BOCC Goal 2, Priority 6). <br /> 7. Review and make comments on the TARPO Locally Coordinated Human <br /> Service Transportation Plan update (BOCC Goal 1, Priority 4; and BOCC <br /> Goal 2, Priority 6) <br /> 8. Review, comment and make a recommendation on grant initiatives for <br /> funding transportation projects (BOCC Goal 2, Priority 6; and BOCC Goal <br /> 3, Priority 20). <br /> 9. Continue to jointly addressed transit topics relating to Orange Public <br /> Transportation (OPT), with supplemental staff from other County <br /> departments (Aging; DSS; Housing, Human Rights and Community <br /> Development; Health; Child Support Enforcement; and the Library), <br /> including new bus routes proposed to be initiated in 2017 ( BOCC Goal 1; <br /> BOCC Goal 2, Priority 8). <br /> 10. If referred by the BOCC: <br /> a. Review and comment on language for establishing appropriate <br /> linkages between Economic Development area Access <br /> Management Plan(s) and CTP/MTP documents of the BG MPO <br /> and DCHC MPO for the purpose of addressing the dedication of <br /> right-of-way under local ordinances (BOCC Goal 3, Priority 9); <br /> 9 <br /> 1== <br />
