Report to the Orange County Housing Human Relations and Community Development <br /> (HHRCD) Director and Orange County Finance (OCF) on the cost control of the General <br /> Conditions as well as overall HOME program fund costs as they relate to budgeted amounts <br /> and their impact on program sustainability. <br /> • Review and reconcile administrative and program fund costs through review and data <br /> entry of purchase orders, invoices,journal entries and check requests. <br /> • Examine program fund costs to establish agreement with the program, contract, <br /> policy, etc. <br /> • Reconcile program revenue between the general ledger and the program <br /> reimbursement system. <br /> • Provide a reporting of reconciling items. <br /> • Ensure the HHRCD department is following the most recent guidance for program <br /> accounting and provide recommendations for compliance related findings. <br /> • Interface with County Staff regarding cost analysis and revenue recognition of <br /> program funds. <br /> 2. Work with HHRCD and OCF Staff to recognize and correct any errors in accounts payable <br /> and accounts receivable. <br /> 3. Reconcile budgeted payroll staff account groupings to current expensed payroll groupings for <br /> fiscal year 2016-17.
