With the additional hours, navigators will: <br /> • Recruit between 15-18 families into navigator program. <br /> • Assist with recruitment for K Readiness (with minimal assistance to those families re <br /> expectations for Kindergarten —e.g., immunizations) <br /> • As applicable, meet with cohort one families on a monthly (as opposed to bimonthly) <br /> basis if that better meets family needs. <br /> Personnel: 3 zone navigators <br /> Additional Cost: $14,551 <br /> Budget Categories <br /> 1. Salaries: $11,232 (3 staff paid $18 for up to 8 additional hours per week for a six <br /> month time period) <br /> 2. Taxes: $1,002 (FICA/Social Security- 0.062, Medicare - 0.0145, NC <br /> Unemployment- 0.01272) <br /> 3. Overhead: $1835 (15% of salary plus taxes) <br /> 4. Mileage: $482 (@.535/mile for up to 50 additional miles per month per <br /> navigator) <br /> Additional Provider Deliverables: <br /> 1. Ensure that each navigator successfully recruits 15-18 cohort 2 families. <br /> 2. Review with navigators, activities related to K Readiness recruitment and share <br /> any reported challenges with FSA Program Manager. <br />
