Preparation of"draft"Annual Action <br /> Plan for FY 2017 May 1, 2017 <br /> 2. Submission of Annual Action Plan for <br /> For FY 2017 to HUD On or before August 1, 2017 <br /> 4.1.4 Should the County determine that the Consultant is behind the agreed upon <br /> schedule, it may require the Consultant to expedite and accelerate his efforts, including providing <br /> additional resources and working overtime, as necessary, to perform his services in accordance <br /> with the approved project schedule at no additional cost to the County. <br /> ARTICLE 5 COMPENSATION <br /> 5.1 Compensation for Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br /> 5.1.1 Total Compensation shall include all compensation due to the Consultant from the <br /> County for all Basic Services under this Agreement including any authorized Reimbursable <br /> Expenses which are defined herein. The maximum amount payable for Basic Services and <br /> Reimbursable Expenses is Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000). <br /> 5.2 Compensation for Basic Services. Compensation for Basic Services shall include <br /> all compensation due the Consultant from the County for all Basic Services under this <br /> Agreement, except for any authorized Reimbursable Expenses which are defined herein. The <br /> maximum amount payable for Basic Services is Six Thousand Eight Hundred dollars ($ 6, 800). <br /> Payment for Basic Services shall become due and payable in direct proportion to satisfactory <br /> services performed and work accomplished. <br /> 5.3 Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses. Reimbursable Expenses are in <br /> addition to the fees for Basic Services and are for expenditures to the extent reasonable and <br /> actually incurred by Consultant with respect to the Project: <br /> 5.3.1. The County will reimburse the Consultant for actual expenses incurred for one <br /> overnight trip to Orange County, North Carolina. The maximum amount payable for <br /> Reimbursable Expenses is One Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($ 1,200). <br /> 5.3.1.1. The Provider shall not be entitled to any mark-up on actual expenses incurred. <br /> 5.3.1.2. Reimbursable expenses shall be compensated by the County along with invoices <br /> for Basic Services provided by Consultant. Payment of Reimbursable Expenses shall be subject <br /> to Consultant's timely submission of valid receipts for any such expenses and approval by the <br /> Client. <br /> Revised 2/17 <br /> 3 <br />
