The total acreage of the tract <br /> is 86.09 acres. Fifty-six (56) lots which, average 1 .44 <br /> acres in size are proposed in three phases. The Land <br /> Use Plan designation is Agricultural. The 1986 traffic <br /> count for Bacon Road was 60 trips per day. The lots <br /> will be served by new public roads and by individual <br /> wells and septic tanks . <br /> Agency comments have been solicited and are included <br /> in the attachments. <br /> - The NC Department of Transportation has required <br /> that 10' x 70' sight triangles be dedicated at road _ . <br /> intersections. <br /> - Orange County Environmental Health has located 48 <br /> suitable sites for septic tank disposal. As a <br /> condition of approval, the eight lots without <br /> suitable sites will be combined with adjoining lots, <br /> unless additional disposal sites are found to serve <br /> those lots. <br /> - Orange County Erosion Control will require that <br />
