Cowan to County Manager <br /> • Secondary Road Addition Investigation Report <br /> Vicinity Map <br /> TELEPHONE NUMBERS: <br /> Hillsborough - 732-8181 <br /> Durham - 688-7331 <br /> Mebane - 227-2031 <br /> Chapel Hill - 968-4501 <br /> PURPOSE: Consideration of a petition from NCDOT for approval of <br /> the addition of Hickory Drive and Tupelo Drive in <br /> Garland Acres Subdivision, to the State-maintained <br /> Secondary Road System. <br /> BACKGROUND: The North Carolina Department of Transportation has <br /> submitted a petition for the addition of Hickory Drive <br /> and Tupelo Drive to the Board of Commissioners for <br /> review. <br /> The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. <br /> Board of Transportation for their deliberation on <br /> acceptance of the roads to the State-maintained <br /> Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition <br /> of Hickory Drive and Tupelo Drive in the Garland Acres <br /> Subdivision to the State-maintained Secondary Road <br /> System. <br />
