6 <br /> TAX AND RECORDS BUILDING PROJECT <br /> CAPITAL PROJECTS ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br /> Carolina the ordinance adopting the "Tax and Records Building <br /> Project Ordinance" is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 3 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Transfer from County Capital $247,000 <br /> Reserve <br /> Bond Funds 200,000 <br /> $447,000 <br /> Section 2. Section 4 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Tax and Records Building $447,000 <br /> Project <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect from June 1, <br /> 1989 until June 30, 1992. <br /> Adopted this 1 day of August, 1989. <br />
