5 <br /> PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br /> Carolina the ordinance adopting the "Public Works Facility <br /> Capital Project Ordinance" is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 3 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Transfer from County Capital $130,000 <br /> Reserve <br /> Transfer from Tax & Records 12,000 <br /> Renovation Project Fund <br /> Bond Funds 100,000 <br /> $242,000 <br /> Section 2. Section 4 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Public Works Facility $242,000 <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect from June 1, <br /> 1989 until June 30, 1992. <br /> Adopted this 1 day of August, 1989. <br />
