7 <br /> proposed buildings and specify the approximate <br /> height of each (not to exceed 25 feet) . <br /> 31. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development <br /> and required improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> • developer with the Special Use Permit. <br /> • 32. The final site plan and narrative of the project, <br /> incorporating all changes, deletions, and <br /> additions through the final approval of the <br /> • project, are to be incorporated herein and made a <br /> part of this Planned Development Special Use <br /> Permit. Copies of the final site plan and <br /> narrative are to remain on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning and Inspections Department. Any <br /> applicable permits, upon application, will be <br /> issued after approval and recordation of the <br /> Special Use Permit. <br /> 33. The development shall be built and operated <br /> • according to the site plan and written narrative <br /> supplied by the developer and in compliance with <br /> the above conditions. <br /> • 34. If any of the above conditions is held invalid, <br /> the special use permit shall become null and void. <br /> 35. Submit a stormwater management plan to satisfy the <br /> requirements of Section IV-B-9-c of the <br /> Subdivision Regulations. <br /> 36. The Homeowners Association shall make arrangements <br /> for solid waste collection and disposal on a <br /> regular basis. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that public comments <br /> be received at the public hearing on August 1. <br /> All public comments will then be considered in the <br /> development of the Administration's recommendation <br /> for presentation at the August 15, 1989 Board of <br /> Commissioners meeting. <br />
