Anticipated <br /> with New Program reflects the County's 1989-90 secondary roads <br /> funding allocation ($1 ,737,523 ) if the N.C. General approves <br /> the new highway improvements legislation currently being <br /> discussed. The lower amount ($793,059) represents funding to <br /> the County if the highway legislation is not approved. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Manager recommends approval of the 1987-88 Secondary <br /> Road Improvements Program as proposed by NCDOT. <br />
