Yuhasz <br /> noted that it could be a part of condition #6. <br /> Ms. Belinda Wells, Ballentine Associates, <br /> representing the applicant, stated that the <br /> applicant would like the flexibility to make <br /> passive agricultural use of portions of the <br /> remainder of the property, with the ability to <br /> subdivide for that purpose. <br /> Yuhasz indicated those uses could be handled <br /> without further subdivision. <br /> Jacobs noted that rental or lease agreements for <br /> agricultural uses do not require further <br /> subdivision. <br /> After further discussion, it was decided to add a <br /> condition #9 for no further subdivision of the <br /> five lots. <br /> MOTION: Yuhasz moved approval with the Staff conditions <br /> and adding condition #9 that the restrictive <br /> covenants prohibit further subdivision of the five <br /> lots.
