Amy Lane cul-de-sac appears to lie within a natural <br /> drainage channel . This may cause a drainage problem. <br /> 2. Drainage easement between lots 4 and 5 does not appear to <br /> follow natural drainage channel , which would be the <br /> appropriate location. <br /> 3. Septic field site for lot 5 appears to be too close to <br /> well site and too close to natural drainage channel . <br /> 4. Maximum impervious areas for all lots could be reduced to <br /> comply with OWASA request for 4% max impervious areas <br /> without significant inconvenience. <br /> 5. Site line easement on lots 1 & 5 could be improved for <br /> road intersection. <br /> 6. Septic field sites may be uphill from building sites on <br /> lots 2 & 3, requiring pumping facilities. <br /> If I may be of additional assistance, please advise. <br /> PT/ltc <br /> lEC6-5 <br />
