Under current procedures, a one-lot major <br /> subdivision requires the same type of review as a plan proposing fifty lots, <br /> including approval of both a Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat prior to Final Plat <br /> approval. The proposed amendment would establish a twenty-four (24) month time <br /> period during which a maximum of four (4) new lots may be created from an existing <br /> lot. <br /> The Administration recommends approval of the portion of the proposed amendments <br /> pertaining to Cluster Subdivisions. It is recommended that the amendments affecting the <br /> definition of minor subdivisions be postponed in order to prepare an amendment to require <br /> review of prior subdivision approvals. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br /> approve the Administration's recommendation. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> H.
