DeBerry. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property is located on Pauline Court which is an <br /> existing private road off the north side of McKee Road <br /> (SR 1534) in Little River Township. The total acreage <br /> of the tract is 14.82 acres. One 3 acre lot is being <br /> created out of the existing tract. The property is <br /> not zoned and the Land Use Plan designation is <br /> Agricultural Residential. <br /> Agency comments have been solicited and are included <br /> in the attachments. <br /> The North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> indicated they had no comments concerning the <br /> subdivision. <br /> The Health Department has approved the site for a <br /> septic tank. <br /> The Erosion Control Officer indicates that the <br /> subdivision meets the ordinance requirements for <br /> stormwater management. <br /> The Orange County Soil and Water Conservation Staff <br /> has reported soils with moderate limitations for <br /> septic tanks and dwellings on the site, and soils with <br /> severe limitations in the surrounding area. <br />
