County Attorney's review and approval of <br /> the deed for dedication of right-of-way <br /> from the cul-de-sac to the southern <br /> property line. <br /> 2 . Payment-in-lieu of dedication of <br /> recreation/open space in the amount of <br /> $1,280.00. <br /> Kirk also noted that on the Subdivision <br /> Approval Permit form the following should be <br /> marked: <br /> The Final Plat shall contain a title block <br /> and vicinity map in accordance with <br /> Section V-D-2 and V-D-3 of the Orange <br /> County Subdivision Regulations. <br /> The Department of Environmental Health <br /> shall certify that each lot contains a <br /> suitable area for septic disposal. <br /> The NCDOT shall certify that Dawn Drive <br /> has been constructed to State standards. <br /> MOTION: Lewis moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff. The property is not zoned and the <br /> Land Use Plan designation is Agricultural <br /> Residential. <br /> Agency comments have been solicited and are <br />
