• <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> Date August 14, 1989 <br /> Name of Subdivision Section Two - The Wilson Place <br /> Owner/Applicant Norman Walker <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Preliminary Plat <br /> of Section Two - The Wilson Place, dated May 17, 1989 and containing 23 <br /> lots, subject to the fulfillment of requirements specified herein. <br /> All roads shall be constructed to standards of the North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation. By approval of this resolution, the <br /> Orange County Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the <br /> irrevocable offer of dedication upon recordation for Dawn Drive without <br /> maintenance responsibility. Before the Final Plat of any phase of <br /> Section Two -The Wilson Place can be recorded: <br /> A. Sewage Disposal <br /> 1. Disclosure that the septic system location may restrict the <br /> size and location of improvements. This disclosure shall be <br /> included in a document describing development restrictions to <br /> be recorded concurrently with the Final Plat. The document <br /> shall also disclose that information regarding the tentative <br /> location of septic systems is available from the Orange <br /> County Health Department, Division of Environmental Health. <br /> B. Roads <br /> 1. Dawn Drive must be constructed within the 50 foot right-of- <br /> way shown on the Final Plat. <br /> OR <br /> A letter of credit or escrow agreement shall be submitted to <br /> secure construction of Dawn Drive. <br /> 2. The right-of-way for Dawn Drive and future extension of Dawn <br /> Drive shall be dedicated to the public. The dedication shall <br /> be accomplished by a note on the plat stating "irrevocable <br /> offer to dedicate to the public" . The entire right-of-way <br /> shall be dedicated with the Final Plat for Phase I. <br /> 3. The intent for future extension of Dawn Drive shall be <br /> indicated on the Final Plat by the words "Subject to Future <br /> Extension" . <br />
