Twenty three (23) <br /> lots are proposed, each to be served by individual <br /> wells and septic tanks. A public road constructed to <br /> State standards is proposed to serve the subdivision. <br /> The lots are numbered from 3 to 25. Lots 1 and 2 were <br /> approved as a minor subdivision (Section One) . <br /> The preliminary plan has been reviewed by all <br /> applicable agencies. <br /> Orange Soil and Water Conservation Staff indicated the <br /> site has Georgeville soils with a 2 to 6% slope. This <br /> soil has moderate limitations for septic tanks and <br /> building sites due to slow percolation and clayey <br /> soil. <br /> The N.C. Department of Transportation has indicated <br /> that the proposed horizontal alignment appears to meet <br /> minimum standards and the sight distance is adequate. <br /> Unless there is a master plan showing the extension of <br />
