Thames responded that oftentimes installing <br /> swales to divert the natural passage of water is <br /> not successful. <br /> Ms. Scoggins stated that lots 5 and 6 are both <br /> wooded lots. <br /> Yuhasz noted that traffic concerns were more of an <br /> issue than sheet flow in this case. He felt <br /> nothing additional needed to be done for sheet <br /> flow. <br /> Best noted again that he much preferred to leave <br /> lots 5 and 6 as they are and not add another <br /> driveway to Bill Poole Road. <br /> MOTION: Yuhasz moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff with the deletion of Condition #2 <br /> (Revise the common lot line between lots 5 and 6 <br /> such that it runs in an east-west direction. ) <br /> Seconded by Best. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> (5) Wilson Place <br /> (23 Lots - Little River Township) <br /> -- Presentation by Eddie Kirk. - <br /> The property is located on the south side of <br /> Little River Church Road (SR 1543) between <br /> Walnut Grove Church Road (SR 1001) and Hawkins <br /> Road East (SR 1508) . The property is not zoned <br /> and is designated Agricultural Residential (A-R) <br /> in the Land Use Plan. it is also located in the <br /> Little River watershed area. <br />
