Thames responded that oftentimes installing <br /> swales to divert the natural passage of water is <br /> not successful. <br /> Ms. Scoggins stated that lots 5 and 6 are both <br /> wooded lots. <br /> Yuhasz noted that traffic concerns were more of an <br /> issue than sheet flow in this case.
