Subdivision does not meet OWASA recommendations for <br /> density, etc. This will draw opposition from OWASA. <br /> . 2. It is not clear if pond shown is existing or proposed. <br /> If proposed, an adequate drainage area for water <br /> replenishment should be assured to alleviate nuisance <br /> conditions. If pond is existing, the drainage channel <br /> crossing northeast corner of lot 1 , lot 2, and lot 3 may <br /> carry enough flow to cause problems with those lots and <br /> driveways. <br /> I <br /> 3.
