The Town of <br /> Carrboro requested that perc sites, a drainage <br /> easement, and impervious surface areas be shown on the <br /> plan. <br /> On July 17, the Planning Board recommended approval of <br /> the preliminary plan for Hickory Grove with a Class B <br /> private road and the conditions listed in the attached <br /> Subdivision Approval Permit. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> preliminary plan for Hickory Grove Subdivision as per <br /> the Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
