There is not enough space <br /> between construction and the property line to accommodate the <br /> temporary sediment-trapping devices between the two streams <br /> that converge in this area. Also, I doubt that the necessary <br /> energy dissapator can be accommodated between the pipe outlet <br /> and the property line. To correct this, the road should be <br /> moved to the north to provide the necessary area. <br /> An erosion control plan must be submitted and approved prior <br /> to the start of timbering or clearing. <br /> 7 ' 11 <br /> A J 4Na <br />
