I have the <br /> following comments. <br /> 1 . The remote located septic fields are potentially <br /> problematic for the following reasons: <br /> a) pumping facilities, force mains, etc. are required <br /> b) problems with septic field are out of site of <br /> homeowners <br /> c) Installation of septic fields in open space may not <br /> be an appropriate use of open space. <br /> 2. Alignment of lots, particularly lots 4 and 5, in relation <br /> to streams appears to be a problem. Access to lots 5 and <br /> 6 over stream can be a problem. Access to building site <br /> on lot 4 is also over stream. Lot layout shown on <br /> proposed revision appears to be more satisfactory for <br /> unobstructed access. <br /> 3.
