The Planning Department staff has the follow-
ing comments to offer:
1. We recommend that the Homewood Homeowners Association have
maintenance responsibilities for the private road and common
areas and that the Association have the authority to place a
lien on property for nonpayment of required dues/fees.
2. We recommend that approval for the proposal be continguent
on receiving final approval from the Orange County Health
Department.
3. Does the buffer adjacent to Duke Forest meet the minimum
requirements?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Si fly,
3t. Cu epper
panner'
