Where several utilities are available or can be
anticipated to serve a subdivision according to
utility extension plans, utility easements,
setbacks or other ways may be required for service
in that subdivision. Except where utilities may be
located in approved alleys, easements, setbacks, or
other ways not less than six (6) feet in width may
be required on each side of rear and side lot
lines. Utility easements, setbacks, or other ways
may be required along said lot lines or across lots
for the extension of existing or planned utilities
such as poles, wires, conduits, storm or sani-
sewers and water or gas lines.
IV-B-6-b. Except where utilities may be
located in approved alleys, easements, setbacks, or
other ways not less than six (6) feet in width may
• be required on each side of rear and side lot
lines. Utility easements, setbacks, or other ways
may be required along said lot lines or across lots
for the extension of existing or planned utilities
such as poles, wires, conduits, storm or sani-
sewers and water or gas lines.
• Subdivisions, located within Transition areas
designated on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan,
which are to be served by individual wells and
septic tanks, may be required to dedicate water, and
