EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: 53 <br /> 6.3 Regulation of Principal Uses <br /> *6.3. 1 It is the express intent of this Ordinance to <br /> regulate the number of principal structures <br /> *Amended permitted on each lot within Orange County. Except <br /> 6/6/82 in approved multi-family developments, there shall <br /> 2/19/85 be only one single-family residence per residential <br /> 10/3/88 zoning lot, except for the use of temporary mobile <br /> homes .f or custodial care or during the installation <br /> • or construction of a permanent unit on the same lot <br /> as provided in Article 4.3 Permitted Use Table and <br /> • Article 8.8. 12 Temporary Use of a Mobile Home <br /> (Class B Special Use Permit) .
