EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: 53 <br /> 6.3 Regulation of Principal Uses <br /> *6.3. 1 It is the express intent of this Ordinance to <br /> regulate the number of principal structures <br /> *Amended permitted on each lot within Orange County. Except <br /> 6/6/82 in approved multi-family developments, there shall <br /> 2/19/85 be only one single-family residence per residential <br /> 10/3/88 zoning lot, except for the use of temporary mobile <br /> homes .f or custodial care or during the installation <br /> • or construction of a permanent unit on the same lot <br /> as provided in Article 4.3 Permitted Use Table and <br /> • Article 8.8. 12 Temporary Use of a Mobile Home <br /> (Class B Special Use Permit) . Duplexes may be <br /> permitted on lots that have twice the required lot <br /> area of the zoning district in which the lot is <br /> located. <br /> Except as permitted as part of a Planned <br /> Development, there shall be only one principal <br /> structure permitted per non-residential zoning lot. <br /> 6.4 Corner Lot Setback on the Side Street <br /> Any corner lot in a residential zoning district <br /> having an abutting interior lot on its side street <br /> shall have a minimum required open space of the <br /> zoning district in which it is located; provided, <br /> however, that this requirement does not reduce the <br /> width suitable for a building on a lot of record <br /> less than 25 feet (SEE DIAGRAM 1) . <br /> DIAGRAM 1 <br /> L_ I <br /> SIDE OPEN <br /> SPACE <br /> ni n —i <br /> 141 <br /> UJ <br /> b.
