PROPOSED AMENDMENT: 52 <br /> 6.3 Regulation of Principle Uses and Structures <br /> 6.3.1 Principle Uses <br /> There shall be no more than one principle use on <br /> • any zoning lot, with exception of non-residential <br /> multiple uses located within a single principle <br /> • structure located on a parcel less than 2 acres <br /> in size, or as permitted as part of a Planned <br /> Development. <br /> 6.3.2 Principle Structures <br /> 1. Residential <br /> There shall be no more than one principle <br /> structure permitted on any residential <br /> zoning lot, with exception of the following: <br /> a) multi-family developments which have <br /> received approval as a Planned <br /> Development; <br /> b) temporary use of mobile homes for <br /> custodial care; <br /> c) during the installation or construction <br /> of a permanent unit on the same lot, as <br /> provided in Article 4.3 (Permitted Use <br /> Table) and Article 8.8. 12 (Temporary <br /> Use of Mobile Home-Class B Special Use <br /> Permit); or <br /> d) duplexes, on lots that have twice the <br /> required lot area of the zoning <br /> district. <br /> 2. Non-Residential <br /> There shall be no more than one principle <br /> structure permitted by right on any non- <br /> residential zoning lot greater than two <br /> acres in size. <br /> Where more than one principle structure is <br /> proposed in order to carry out the principle <br /> use of the property, and the lot is greater <br /> than two acres in size, a Class A Special <br /> Use Permit and Site Plan shall be approved <br /> by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> ********************************** <br /> ORDINANCE REVIEW SUBCOMMITTEE: <br /> PLANNING BOARD REVIEW: <br /> BOCC REVIEW: <br />
