EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS AND PROPOSED AMENDMENTS: 50 DEFINITIONS: Structure - Anything constructed or erected, with a fixed location on the ground, or attached to something having a fixed location on the ground. Any building or other thing constructed or erected including but not limited to load bearing walls, columns, beams or girders. Principle Structure - Any building or other structure occupied or used for the Purpose of conducting the principle use Q . property. Accessory Structure - • A structure, that is located on the same lot as a principle structure, and houses an accessory, use. Principle Use - The primary use and chief purpose for which a lot is used. (See "Building, Accessory Building, Principle, and Lot) . A use which falls under one of the categories listed, in the Table of Permitted Uses, which is the primary and chief purpose for which a lot is used. Accessory Use - A subordinate use which is customarily incidental to the principle use on the same lot. (See "Building" , "Principle" , and "Lot" ) . An activity that may or may not be listed in the Permitted Use Table, which is conducted in coniunction with another principle pse, but constitutes only an incidental or insubstantial part of the total activity that takes place on the lot, or is commonly, associated with the principle use and related to it. Building, Accessory - A subordinate structure, whether attached or detached, or a subordinate adjunct to the principle building, the sue of which is customarily incidental to the permitted use of the principle building. Building, Principle - A building or, where the context so indicates, a group of buildings in which is conducted the main or, principle use of the lot on which said building is situated.
