43 <br /> MODIFICATIONS TO THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCE <br /> ADOPTED BY THE NORTH CAROLINA SEDIMENTATION <br /> CONTROL COMMISSION <br /> ON FEBRUARY 8, 1989 <br /> WITH AMENDMENTS RECOMMENDED BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY <br /> ON MARCH 17, 1989 <br /> On February 8, 1989 the North Carolina Sedimentation Control <br /> Commission adopted with modifications the amendments approved <br /> by the Board of Commissioners on January 3, 1989. Adoption of <br /> the proposed amendments below will bring the Ordinance into <br /> compliance with the modifications adopted by the Commission. <br /> In addition, the County Attorney recommends deleting portions <br /> of Section 22(a) (2) to correct an oversight when the <br /> Ordinance was amended January 3. <br /> Section 18 Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans <br /> f. Erosion Control Plans shall be accompanied by an <br /> authorized statement of financial responsibility and <br /> ownership. This statement shall be signed by the ::::::e <br /> financially responsible for the land-disturbing activity <br /> or his/her attorney-in-fact The statement shall the mailing and street addresses of the principal place of <br /> business of the person financially responsible and of the <br /> owner of the land or their registered agents.
