We are making this proposal
at this time for the following reasons.
During our meeting on 28 December 1988 with Marvin Collins we were
told that the Planning Department would not process a . rezoning
application prior to a plan amendment being granted.
The text of the Orange. County recommendation in examining the
proposed land use change for the public hearing on 6 April 1989
states that "the agricultural - residential zoning district is one
of the permitted zones within the rural buffer." We interpret this
as meaning that a rezoning application can be processed at this
time for the portion of land proposed to be change to 'AR' zoning.
•
We therefore submit this application for rezoning and ask that it
be processed.
•
We have not included a traffic report with this application since
we expect the traffic generated by this property to be much less
than 800 trips per day.
Sincere y,
Michael Majewski, A.I.A.
