Amend ARTICLE 2.3.3 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADMINISTRATION <br /> to create a procedure whereby a Stop Work Order issued by <br /> • the Zoning Officer can be appealed to the Board of <br /> Adjustment in an expedited manner. <br /> 4. Amend ARTICLE 2 .4. 1 PLANNING DEPARTMENT DUTIES AND <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES to include the rendering of advice to <br /> the Zoning Officer pertaining to the issuance of Stop <br /> Work Orders as a responsibility of the Development <br /> Advisory Committee. <br /> 5. Amend ARTICLE 21. ADMINISTRATION to allow the Zoning <br /> Officer to issue a Stop Work Order if it is determined <br /> that an alleged violation of the Zoning Ordinance will <br /> result in irreparable injury if not terminated <br /> immediately. <br /> 6. Amend ARTICLE 23.2 PENALTIES to include the issuance of <br /> a Stop Work Order as a penalty for activity in violation <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. A Stop Work Order would <br /> prohibit any use, occupancy or construction on the <br /> property except for that necessary to correct the <br /> violation. <br /> 7 . Add ARTICLE 14. SITE PLAN APPROVAL PROCEDURES to <br /> establish application requirements for site plan approval <br /> and specify the review procedures carried out by the <br /> Planning Staff. <br /> 8. Amend ARTICLE 8.8 REGULATIONS GOVERNING INDIVIDUAL <br /> SPECIAL USES to provide a cross reference to more <br /> detailed Site Plan specifications provided in Article 14 <br /> (new) . <br /> 9. Add ARTICLE 7.14.4 DENSITY BONUS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br /> to provide incentives for the development of housing for <br /> low and moderate-income households. The proposed <br /> amendment would allow a density increase of up to 25% if <br /> a percentage of the units or lots were reserved for <br /> qualifying households or if off-site land were dedicated <br /> to the County for the purpose of developing affordable <br /> units or lots. A 50% density increase could be approved <br /> if all of the lots or units were reserved for qualifying <br /> households. <br />
