7 <br /> ------- <br /> 1 amendments to Article 12 of the Zoning Ordinance, Landscaping and Screening <br /> 7 Requirements. The purpose of the proposed amendments to Article 12 is to provide more <br /> consistency between the subdivision landscape regulations and the requirements for <br /> 4 • landscaping and screening contained in the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Article 7.20.4J, Landscaping and Screening (Mobile Home Parks), is the only section <br /> 7 of the Ordinance which refers to a specific requirement contained in Article 12. The <br /> 8 language of this section will be amended to reflect the proposed buffer standards while <br /> 9 maintaining the original intent of the buffer around mobile home parks described in <br /> 10 . Article 7.20.4J. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Hartwell, to <br /> 13 refer this item to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the Board <br /> 114 no sooner than August 1st. <br /> 15 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 16 <br /> 17 —— 5. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS TEXT AMENDMENTS <br /> 18 a. Section Ill-B - Subdivision Classification <br /> 1 9 The purpose of this item is to receive citizen comments on the proposed <br /> )0 amendment to Section III-B of the Subdivision Regulations to revise the definition of <br /> 21 "Minor Subdivision". The proposed amendment would establish a twenty-four (24) month <br /> 72 time period during which a maximum of four (4) new lots may be created from an existing <br /> 23 lot. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 A motion was made by Chairman Carey, seconded by Commissioner Hartwell, to refer <br /> this item to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the Board no <br /> sooner than August 1st. <br /> 30 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 31 <br /> 32 b. Section IV-B-10 - Cluster Subdivisions <br /> 33 This proposed revision is a minor change to the application requirements <br /> 34 for Cluster Subdivision to provide consistency in requirements between major and minor <br /> 35 subdivisions. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 A motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, second by Commissioner Halkiotis, to <br /> 4 refer this item to the Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the Board <br /> 11 no sooner than August 1st. <br /> 42 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> I "3 <br /> 44 ADJOURNMENT <br /> 45 <br /> 146 • With no further items to consider, Chairman Carey adjourned the meeting.
