2 <br /> There is also a proposed revision in Section IV-B-10 <br /> Cluster Subdivision. This is a minor change to <br /> application requirements for Cluster Subdivision to <br /> provide consistency in requirements between major and <br /> minor subdivsions. <br /> The proposed amendment was presented for public <br /> hearing on May 22, 1989. There were no comments from <br /> the public or from the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> The Planning Board considered the proposed amendments <br /> on June 19, 1989, and recommended approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> portion of the proposed amendments pertaining to <br /> Cluster Subdivisions. <br /> It is recommended that the amendments affecting the <br /> definition of minor subdivisions be postponed in order <br /> to prepare an amendment to require review of prior <br /> subdivision approvals. <br />
