A hedge or other durable landscape raterial <br /> of at least three (3) fee; in hei:ht shall be <br /> nlanted cr erected adjacent to the co=mon lot <br /> line so as to provide a continuous landscape <br /> barrier. Walls nay also be used where, in the <br /> opinion of the Zoning Officer, the proposed type <br /> • <br /> of wall =amerial and the pronosed wail design <br /> would be in cmpliance with the intent of this <br /> subsection. A co=bination of hedge, other durable <br /> landscape 'material, cr approved wall nay be utilized <br /> to for= the continuous landscape barrier. <br /> 3. All nortions of the landscaping area not. planted <br /> with shrubs and trees or covered by a wail cr other <br /> barrier shall be planted in zrass and/or gro=d cover, <br /> cr covered with a natural mulch of a mini= depth of <br /> thee (3) <br /> c. The provisions of the subsection shall not be applicable in <br /> the following situations: <br /> I. Where any off-street parkin:, loading or other vehicular <br /> use area will be entirely screened visually, fro= any <br /> • pciht of view, by an intervening *c-4 "-g or structure <br /> fro-, abut;'- one-;y. <br /> Z.
