Site <br /> plans are required for Special Use Permits, including <br /> planned developments, for churches, and for building <br /> permits on non-residential lots. <br /> Last year Section IV-B-8 of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations was amended to incorporate some of the <br /> screening requirements from the Zoning Ordinance. The <br /> purpose of the proposed amendments to Article 12 is to <br /> provide more consistency between the subdivision <br /> landscape regulations and the requirements for <br /> landscaping and screening contained in the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Portions of Section IV-B-8 have been added to Article <br /> 12 including provisions to establish tree protection <br /> areas and require a minimum number of trees on lots <br /> for which site plans have been submitted. The schedule <br /> of required buffers between land uses and the <br /> standards for those buffers have been substituted for <br /> the existing screening requirements. Illustrations of <br />
