Orange County Zoning Atlas
(1) Z-5-89 Zoning Atlas Amendment
(Designation of PW-II Watershed Overlay -
Upper Eno Watershed)
Presentation by Crudup.
These items (9-a-3 and 9-b-1) are to consider an
amendment to the Zoning Atlas to add a portion of
the southeast corner of the Upper Eno Watershed to
the PWII Protected Watershed Overlay District and
delineate the complete boundary of the Upper Eno
Watershed on the Land Use Element.
It was recently discovered that the southeast
portion of the Upper Eno Watershed is not
properly delineated on the Zoning Atlas and Land
Use Element. The area in question is at the
junction of four (4) townships. It appears that
the watershed boundary lines were not properly
connected when the maps were prepared.
