On June 13, 1989 the planning <br /> directors and their staffs and a representative of OWASA met . <br /> It was the consensus of the group that the water quality goal <br /> and general findings of the University Lake Watershed Study <br /> ("the Study") were acceptable as stepping off places for <br /> these discussions. The water quality goal underlying the <br /> study's recommendations is that future University Lake water <br /> quality degradation should be minimized, and that significant <br /> future deterioration should be prevented. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Review Memorandum <br />
